May I cordially invite you to participate in Campaign'99, to be held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia from 27th November to 3rd December 1999.

The theme of the Campaign is 'Towards More Effective Participation of Persons with Disabilities in an Industrialising Society'.

The main activities of the Campaign will be 'The Campaign'99 Review' and 'Asia-Pacific Regional Workshop on Preparing Persons with Disabilities for Participation in an Industrialisng Society'.

This Campaign aims to promote interaction and active dialogue amongst participants who share common interests. There will be plenary sessions, symposiums, workshops and technical exhibitions. The programme will also include keynote addresses, country reports on the Decade, paper presentation, group discussions and facility visits.

I am sure your experience in Kuala Lumpur will be a memorable one.
