Palace of The Golden Horses was selected as the main venue for the Conference because of its excellent facilities designed for hosting international-class Conferences and Exhibitions, as well as its disabled-friendly features.

The rooms and washrooms are specially-designed to be disable-friendly. Four rooms have been specially-designed with these features and at least four houndred rooms are accessible.
